$4.8 Billion RIA Sells Minority Stake to Kudu Investment Management

Douglass Winthrop Advisors, a New York City-based wealth manager with more than $4.8 billion in client assets, has become the latest firm to hop on the minority-stake bandwagon. 

The registered investment advisor firm sold a stake to Kudu Investment Management, a platform that buys minority interests in asset managers and wealth management firms.
