Coming from a low-income family, Richard Garcia (Richard Peter Garcia Jr.) knew that the only way to escape the traditional working lifestyle was to develop high-end skills like stock trading, investing, etc. From a young age, he was focused on real estate to strategically scale and achieve financial freedom by 30. The road to success was challenging, but Richard managed to achieve his goal by overcoming all odds.

Richard started his career in finance in 2008 at the age of 19 when he was a college student. He was working at Bank of America, slowly climbing up the ladder of success with higher positions in the office. Despite having a profound interest in history and political science, Richard quit college at 21 to pursue a full-time career in the finance industry. After working at the Bank of America for five years, he moved to Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management to further enhance his knowledge of the industry.

While working a 9 to 5 job in the finance and wealth management space, Richard started investing a portion of his savings in stock. In 2012, he began trading at an incredibly high frequency, earning more than 600K in gross profit. That’s when Richard took stock trading more seriously and invested all his profit into building an impressive real estate portfolio. From 2013 to 2019, he worked in the tech space as a talent recruiter finding the best engineers across the country. He worked with companies like Robert Half, Citrix Systems, Solar City, Google, and Facebook.

In 2019, Richard quit his 9 to 5 to start his entrepreneurial journey. His years of knowledge and experience across various industries helped him scale up in no time. Initially, it was an online venture that gained a strong presence on social media, and since then, he has never looked back. Currently, Richard is the founder and CEO of Cash Flow Club and Day Trade Today. He has made a mark in the finance, tech, and real estate industries. He is also a best-selling author. Richard wrote a book sharing his knowledge in investment and wealth creation titled, The Seven Steps to Wealth Creation through Real Estate Investing.

As an investor, Richard always focused on properties around Miami. He bought duplexes and plexes, fixed them up, and ready for sale following the BRRRR Strategy. As a trader, he never hesitated to take the risk even in bear markets. He believed that nothing can be gained without risk and that the ability to overcome it will lead to his financial freedom. As a role model to many aspiring entrepreneurs and investors, Richard wants people to develop the ability to take risks to achieve their goals. His idea of wealth creation starts with strategic investments that are way ahead of your comfort zone.
